Customer Resource Specialist.

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for serving internal and external Customers by providing product and service information; diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and database problems. Additionally, Customer Services Specialist will be responsible for Administrative Duties that include shipping training materials, data entry, filing, and other supporting duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Customer Relationship Management by answering Customer telephone calls to troubleshoot and solve Website/hardware problems, help analyze and diagnose Customer needs through telephone and email support and follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Assembles/produces product and literature for shipment, maintains Customer database and accomplishes related results as needed.
  • Serves internal and external Customers by working with them to make sure all their documentation is filed appropriately to be compliant with our Standard Operating Procedures. Works to make sure all sites have appropriate documentation and have all administrative tasks done including electronic signature, electronic informed consent scanning and conversion to adobe acrobat to load on Customer's custom web site.
  • Serves departments by supporting and training other departments and Customers in use of software, setting up/running utilities, and preparing sample reports and graphics.
  • Assists in resolving Customer dissatisfaction by planning and directing the receipt, investigation, evaluation, and settling of complaints; following up with Customers; personally resolving difficult situations.

  • Maintains inter- and intradepartmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Liberal Arts degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: 2+ year Customer service experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs with Windows operation and MS Office Suite a must. 2+ years use of the Internet required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Excellent Computer Skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to problem solve. Exceptional Follow-up skills. Great organizational skills. Work effectively with others. Medical terminology a plus.
