Data Collection Status is part of the Core functionality of every MedNet ENLIGHTEN eClinical Solution, and was developed in response to requests from customers facing the same sort of challenges you do. This valuable report, automatically generated based on each site's activities, resolution of their To Do List items and protocol requirements, provides an up-to-the-minute analysis of overall study progress.

The Data Collection Status functionality presents summarized, study-wide metrics, as well as site-specific details, including total enrollments, number of forms completed, number overdue, and the percent complete by study interval. Incorporating user defined, color-coded highlighting of less-than-desirable performance, users can quickly identify and direct corrective action towards the sites that need it most. And if you're dealing with hundreds of sites, individual CRAs or Data Managers with regional or country specific sites can choose to display only those sites for which they are responsible (and the system remembers their choices, so they don't have to reconfigure every time).
