Sponsor and CRO personnel can use Global Messaging to display notices to a wide variety of users in one or more of the studies active in their MedNet Portal. With our integrated text-editing tool, you can quickly and easily add and format text, and even insert images. Better yet, each message can be configured to run immediately, at a future point in time, or recur at a set frequency.

Tracking user message receipt is likewise simple - users can be required to acknowledge your communication on the message page, or for very important information (such as regulatory updates), electronically sign an acknowledgement of receipt. Of course, for simple messages, users can choose to click through or select "don't show me again." All these options are configured by the sponsor/CRO without the need to call MedNet, and tracking who's seen and/or acknowledged each communication is easily reviewed in a variety of reporting options.
