Streamlining Study Site Setup

MedNet's Site Documents Status function builds on the detail captured in Site Documents to provide an overview of the entire study in a single report that can be exported to excel, emailed, or simply viewed online. Especially useful for larger research initiatives, this helps CRAs and others quickly pinpoint sites struggling to get their documentation in order, as well as those sites that only need one or two more items to begin enrollments. In short, it greatly simplifies identification of needed corrective actions.
Site Documents Status is much more than a report, though. Working in combination with Site Documents, the receipt of selected documents can automatically trigger notifications to site and/or sponsor personnel. A very common use of this capability is to automatically notify sites of their "authorization to enroll" upon receipt of all documents - this simple, but useful feature ensures the study enrolls quickly, and frustrations due to human error are removed.
